The Book of Acts: Bitterness
What happens when hurt, envy, and resentment are allowed to take root in the heart? Bitterness poisons our perspective, damages relationships, and leads to spiritual bondage. But through grace, forgiveness, and Christlike love, we can pull the root before it destroys its fruit.

How can we tell what is truly from God when the counterfeit looks so convincing? Acts 8 teaches us to discern beyond appearances: false spirits exalt people and exploit desperation, while God’s Spirit exalts Christ, brings freedom, nourishes souls, and produces joy.
The Book of Acts: Blessings Create Followers, Not Disciples
Trials reveal whether we follow God for His blessings or truly trust Him. While followers may leave when blessings disappear, disciples persevere through suffering. Hardship produces character and lasting hope, teaching us to stand firm, knowing Christ alone is enough.
