Jeff Donaldson was born in Midwest City, Oklahoma and lived in the area for most of his life. After graduating Life Christian School, Jeff began college at Southwestern College of Christian Ministries and started ministry as a youth pastor at Life Christian Center. It was along these years that Jeff met Jill and they were married in 1987. Later they were blessed with two sons, Isaac and Macoby.
Jeff continued to work with churches in many roles (ie. praise and worship leader, associate pastor, youth pastor, etc). He attempted other careers but always had a special passion for the local church.
Jeff joined Bethel Church Choctaw in 2011 as a praise the worship leader. He began the process of finalizing his degree at Mid-America Christian University and graduated with a bachelors in Christian Ministries. After leading praise and worship for seven years at BCC, Jeff was offered the position of lead pastor at Bethel and served in that capacity for over five years. In early 2024 he and Jill felt God was calling them to mission ministry in Orlando, FL and they stepped down as lead pastors in early 2024 with plans to move to Florida.
Church is a place where we heal and encounter our Father God in unity, but it is also the place where we are discipled. That means that at church we learn not only how to better ourselves, but how to better the world around us by introducing it to the love and power of God, just like Jesus did. We have the power, authority, and ability on the inside of us – the Holy Spirit – to impact this world for the glory of God – to change people’s eternities!
My passion is to bring people to a deeper and growing relationship with Him, while discovering a passion for the work of His Kingdom.
